Work Smarter not Harder
Silicon Cups and Active Engagement Classes
April 25th, 2026
This specialized training equips Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to combine the myofascial release of silicone cupping with active client movement to accelerate rehabilitation and pain relief. Unlike passive cupping, this approach utilizes negative pressure to "fixate" the fascia while the client performs active or resisted movements, enhancing range of motion and improving neuro-muscular retraining.
3
CPR Recertification
April 25th, 2026 & May 23rd, 2026
This CPR training certification, specifically designed for Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs), equips professionals with vital life-saving skills to ensure client safety during cardiac or respiratory emergencies. Valid for two years, these courses typically cover adult, child, and infant CPR, AED usage, and choking management, often fulfilling state licensure and continuing education (CE) requirements, such as those mandated by the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
